WOW...I had such an awesome trip up north.  I took some great pics of the GG Bridge and of Battery Park.  Even managed to get a few of me in there for good measure.  Though I have to admit that I really need to practice with the tripod.  I think I am getting better. I have learned not to let mom take pics with the camera. She botched up the pics of Daniels graduation.  OH well..  (I am sure we have others!)  Hopefully Rob and Les's cam got some good pics.

I had such a great trip to San Fran.  I had to work on Thursday and Friday (great excuse to go up there and not have to driv eup on Friday night).  I had dinner with Pat LeBlanc.  He is still quite the character and exemplifies all that is conservative with this world and nation.  :)  That is both a dis and compliment.  I tend to be moderate to conservative most of the time, but he made me look like quite the liberal.  Was great to see him and finally catch up with him after so many years.  Hopefully it won't be so many next time.

Friday night I camped out in the hotel room in prep for Saturday.  Somehow the hotel screwed up and I didn't have to pay for the room service.. NICE...VERY NICE..  (I was honest and told them at checkout and she politely dismissed me!) Oh well...tis good...I never pass up free food...Unless there is seafood involved..

Saturday I went up into the city and went across the Golden Gate Bridge.  Its still breath-taking even now. It was such a clear warm day and it was nice to spend the day outside.  I even managed to not check my email for almost 8 hours that day. (A personal record considering I had full service the entire day).

I met Paul and Paul for dinner around 9 or so and we headed into Castro for pasta a booze! WOO HOO.  :)  I drank more than I should have and enjoyed the boys. Its such a different atmosphere up there than down in WeHo.  I think I actaully like WeHo better.  I think it may be simply what I am used to. I did see some hotties, but once again, too chicken shit to talk to them.  Though big Paul and I made the discovery that he and I have the same tastes in guys... INTERESTING... :)  (He had more to drink than I)

We ran into Scott and Daniel and Scott said I looked great!  GOD, He is such a sweety! That was just what I needed to hear.

We headed back to the hotel as it was getting kinda chilly. I did manage to see two dicks though (nobody I knew), through the windows of the houses above castro street.. LOL! Boys are so showy sometimes, they were cute in their defense and had quite the audience!

Sunday we headed down to the parade, spent a few minutes looking and more time shopping than anything else. We then left market, checked out of the hotel and headed to lunch. After lunch we hit the freeway, Paul and Paul heading north with myself heading south.  I was home by 9pm on sunday.

Was such a great visit.  God I needed that trip.  I can't wait to go again.

Oh and interestingly Chris had made a point to chat with me a few times....HUM..I think he is just being friendly, but UGH...I still want to take him to dinner.. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers. Maybe I'll get my chance someday..In the meantime, I am going to keep looking. (which translates to going to weho with the girls, cruising for boys and then going back to work and forgetting about the boys)...UGH

back to work...
